Discuss where characters should be on the tier list, give ideas for a tier list, whatever you want.

NO FANBOY REASONS. give logic to each character. even if its weak logic, anyone who does "ike top tier because he is sweet/my fav/hot" posts will be banned. no joke. those anger me and i am a motherfreaking admin. those post go in the exact characters discussion. not here.
